Project title : Construction of Cutting-Edge Cold Room Complex | |
Project Description : Within the fishing industry, the cold room complex plays a critical role in preserving marine products. With the industrialization and mass fishing of aquatic animals, cold storage has become indispensable for maintaining the freshness of fish until they reach the market. In earlier times, when fishing quantities were limited and taverns were scarce, preservation methods such as drying, salting, smoking, and marinating were employed. However, as global fish catches exceed 100 million tons annually, refrigeration and storage systems have become the primary industry responsible for preserving fish worldwide. Consequently, various cold storage systems have been designed, both small and large, to freeze and maintain different types of catch. |
