o The Issuance of Permits and Licenses Department shall receive the documents specified below form the clients
A copy of ID, national ID card and clearance of military service of the CEO of the company in the process formation.
A copy and the original company name form approved by the Department Of Registrar Of Companies of the organization.
Owner beneficiaries: the original and a copy of the document or contract of work place.
Tenant beneficiaries: the original and a copy of the lease agreement and approval of the complex.
The filled investment application form (commerce- service-transit- tourism).
Providing a bank receipt for payment of permit issuance subscription.
o Receiving the permits issuance fees
o Preparing the receipt of payment and sending it to the finance department- prepare, print and sending permit for signature
o Obtaining the signed and sealed permit and delivering the original license to the applicants and distribute their copies to the relevant unit
o Providing a written application to the investment unit for permit issuance subscription
o Providing the feasibility study and showing plans for the production and acquisition of raw materials (production units)
o Land acquisition by investors, inquiring about temporary placement from the Geographic and Urban Information Management
o Licensing unit demands the following documents from clients
Providing the written application - techno-economic feasibility study (production units)
A copy of ID cards, national ID cards and criminal record of individuals and CEO of the company in the process of formation.
The original and a copy of the company name form approved by the registrar of companies of the organizations for legal entities
Owner beneficiaries: the original and a copy of the document or contract of work place.
Tenant beneficiaries: the original and a copy of the lease agreement and approval of the complex.
Filling out the investment application form.

o Receiving the permit fees

o The Licensing unit shall receive the following documents from clients

The primary and a copy of company establishment notice
Receipt of the valid contract
o Investigating the case
o Prepare and receive permit signatures
o Delivery of the permit to the investor and the distribution of copies
o The Trade Union shall receive the following documents from clients and send it to the licenses issuing unit
The original investment permit
A copy of the company's charter
Obtaining necessary approvals from the relevant institutions for food plants, pharmaceutical, health, special services and etc.
According to regulations, the permit and license issuance fee that hasn’t been collected from companies at the time of issuing the activity permit, due to nonexistence of property, will be calculated according to the building and will be collected
o Inspection of activity area to evaluate the facilities by the Security Union (in case the place is not ready, the license issuance will be subject to its completion and clearing debts owed to the organization)
o Investigating the case and prepare, print and sending the operation license for signature
o Delivery of the original license to the Trade Union to deliver to the applicant
o The trade union shall receive the following documents from clients and delivering it to the licensing unit
A copy of ID (all pages), national ID card and clearance of military service (front and back), provide and criminal record clearances, three 3 * 4 photos
Document of ownership or tenancy (if activity center is reside within one of the commercial complexes, the confirmation of the owners of the center is required.) Or by layout location approved by the Land and Property Management and the Technical and Infrastructure Office

Submit the original receipt of the deposit to the organization account that is calculated according to the latest approved tariff.
Certain specific clearances from relevant institutions (in particular or required cases)
Confirmation of the Security Union
