The production process for detergent solutions is relatively straightforward. In the commercial process, raw materials are mixed in a large mixer, followed by agglomeration and neutralization. The mixture is then cooled and transferred to the lightening section. The final step involves styling the mix to create the desired powder form, which is then packaged for distribution.
