Project title : Establishment of Fish and Shrimp Processing Factory | |
Project Description : Processing refers to a series of activities wherein fish or shrimp, after washing and preparation, are packaged fresh, frozen, or cooked, in whole or in part, skinned, filleted, portioned into steaks, etc. The products of this plan are offered in two forms: raw and processed products. Raw products include packaged fish fillets and shrimp, while processed products include semi-prepared shrimp nuggets and fish burgers. Selenium and protein are crucial nutrients, and each of these substances, along with vitamin D, is essential for absorbing nutrients from aquatic creatures rich in nutrients such as Omega-3, which is soluble in fat. For instance, Omega-3 fatty acids found in fish aid in vitamin absorption. While selenium-rich supplements or shrimp alone may not have significant advantages, when accompanied by high-quality proteins, vitamins, and necessary minerals found in the product, it becomes more beneficial for the body. Therefore, other types of goods such as red meat, chicken, and legumes should not be considered as substitutes for shrimp; rather, a balanced dietary regimen should incorporate processed seafood products appropriately. |
