Project title : Establishment of Bubble Plastic Production Unit | |
Project Description : This investment plan aims to explore the production and characteristics of bubble plastic film or coating. Bubble nylon is not only a type of nylon but also possesses a different structure compared to other polyethylene films. Its surface is not smooth and uniform; rather, it features prominent bubbles filled with a specific gas. These bubbles create a soft and cushion-like surface, effectively protecting packaged goods from impacts and external damages. Due to its high impact resistance, bubble nylon is also known as impact-resistant nylon. Bubble nylon can significantly absorb impacts on the product, thereby preventing breakage, deformation, and collapse. The invention of bubble-coated film dates back to the late 1950s by two inventors in a garage in Hawthorne, New Jersey. |
